These are the terms and conditions
between Harriodprints and clients:

● Production for boxes is estimated to
take between 12-15 business days,
depending on the quantity, design
and sizes.
● Standard production time for paper
bags is 10 working days.
● All other items require 7 working
days for production following
payment approval.

Please note, production times may vary
due to unforeseen circumstances, printing issues, delays in design approval, or if the job is particularly complex.

If you are located outside of Lagos or
Nigeria, please be advised that
Harriodprints is not liable for any
damage to goods that were shipped in
good condition.

Harriodprints is not responsible for
errors made in the design by you or
incorrect information you provided for
your designs. If you identify errors after
we have completed the printing, we will not be liable.

In the event that we make errors on
your jobs, we will rectify them if the
mistake originated from us.

Please be advised that we do not issue
refunds for jobs that have been produced or for which the process has already started. Refunds can only be
provided for jobs that have not yet
begun.

We utilize shipping companies to send goods outside Lagos and Nigeria. Harriodprints will not be held liable for any damages incurred during shipping.
