Lustt-for-life
"There is no passion to be found playing small--in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living."
Passion is not just the way to happiness--it's also the fuel that ignites success. Having passion for a particular goal, whether personal or professional, provides the energy and motivation to take the actions necessary to achieve that goal. It's the intangible component that explains why some people and teams are better able to stick with their plans and achieve greater levels of success.
Here are eight strategies that the highest-performing leaders use to get the most from themselves and others

Fashion
Fashion is a word with an extreme amount of fluidity. Fashion means different things to different people: what it is, the level of importance, what influences it, and how it affects our lives.
Coco Chanel once said, “Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening.” I take this to imply that fashion is not the clothing itself but everything and anything that influences the clothing into creation.
What fashion means is not black or white; it is a painting with a million mixtures of color. It means such different things to so many people. So what better way to understand the concept of fashion than to ask?
I posed the simple question of, –what does Fashion mean to you? – to four different alums of the Mercyhurst fashion department to get their take after leaving the ‘Hurst.
To me fashion is a way to express yourself to others. Anyone who tells you it doesn’t matter what you look like to others is mistaken. It does matter. Dressing well can unlock doors for you in both your personal and professional life. Fashion is a way to empower yourself and influence others.”

The Outstanding Benefits of an Advanced Skincare Routine
Did you know the skin is our biggest organ and plays a huge role in ensuring we stay happy and healthy? This is why it is exceptionally important to take care of your skin through daily skincare habits and a nourishing skincare routine that boosts the health of your body’s first layer of defense (aka the skin!).
However, instead of implementing just a basic skincare routine, here’s why you should build an advanced skincare routine.
The Benefits of an Advanced Skincare Routine
Almost everyone has a skincare routine, whether it be a simple one that just involves washing the face with water or a more advanced skincare routine that includes several different types of cleansers, serums, moisturizers, facials, and more.
However, some skincare routines are indeed better than others. This 2019 study showed that the benefits of using a comprehensive skincare routine significantly outweigh the benefits of a simple one.
1. Improved Skin Hydration
Hydration is key to a healthy and glowing complexion. When you use an advanced skincare routine that involves a gentle cleanser, lightweight serum, and quality moisturizer, your skin is effortlessly hydrated and moisturized for a more youthful appearance.
Not to mention, hydration lends an important hand in keeping your skin plump and voluminous, which is important for a rejuvenated appearance.
2. Slows Down Aging
An advanced skincare routine that includes beneficial ingredients like hyaluronic acid, antioxidants, alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) and beta hydroxy acids (BHAs), retinoids, and peptides boosts skin cell turnover, the shedding of dead skin cells, and stimulates collagen production, all of which slows down the development of signs of aging.
These age signs include dark spots and age spots, fine lines and wrinkles, discoloration, skin laxity, dullness and enlarged pores.
3. Better Skin Condition
